Herbal Mixes: Circulatory Herba-Smoothie

Contains Naturally Caffeine Free: Bilberry fruit Ginkgo Burdock root orange peel, rose hips (all powders)

Have you ever thought about mixing your own vitamins? It is not as difficult as you might think. If your body can digest food, it can also digest and assimilate herbs. Unlike many vitamins, herbs act as a food to your body and are easily digestible. You can choose the herbs according to your needs and make your "daily herbal vitamins" easily and quickly, at a fraction of the cost of a bottle of multi-vitamins.

(Use caution when using during pregnancy)

Herba-Smoothie Instructions:

1 rounded teaspoon of Herba-Smoothie mix
1 cup frozen fruit (my favorite right now is mixed berries)
1/2 cup yogurt (any brand will work, homemade is best)
3/4 cup juice (my favorite is orange or mango)

Combine well in blender. Add some honey if you like, but it may not even need it. YUM!

Hi! I love these ideas! Can I take this I have bad circulation to my feet and I have high blood pressure I'm on blood thinkers and can't have Vitamin k. Also can this be taken daily?

A Question

Hello, I have a question, growing up I have always had bad circulation, if I sit too long my feet turn purple/blue (pretty sure that isn't normal!) If any part of me is in an awkward position for too long it falls asleep, (like I can do anything to it and not feel pain asleep.) Will this help? Or not?

    Yes, this will with circulation. Here are some other tips to help as well.
    Cayenne Pepper
    Has been used to help with such circulatory problems as plaque buildup in the arteries.
    It may also assist with overall circulation by moderating blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
    Itís essential oil may be used as a topical rub to improve blood circulation on the skin's surface

My husband doesn't drink smoothies...but he DOES eat oatmeal every, I put a Tablespoon of the Smoothie Mix in his oatmeal. He tells his co-workers, "See this stuff in my oatmeal? I don't know what it is, but I know that it's good for me!" He feels good knowing that he's taken care of!

Greetings! I have just started using your "Smoothie Formulas." I rotate a different one each morning for breakfast...they are DELICIOUS!!! My husband, who does not use herbs regularly except the ones I "sneak" into his food, said after tasting mine, "Would you mind making one of those for me"!! Wonder of wonders!!!
