Daily Boost Herba-Smoothie mix is a great combination for increasing energy and alertness. Some effects of the herbs include:

Ginkgo: Brain food, better concentration and improves memory

Siberian ginseng: Energy booster and stress reliever

Oat straw: Excellent source of the major minerals

Bilberry fruit: Anti-aging properties, strengthens the eyes and veins

Hawthorn: Best herb for strengthening the heart

Burdock root: Blood purifier, helps with varicose veins, detoxing, and more

Horsetail/Shavegrass: High in silicon, great for skin, hair, bones, and nails

Herba-Smoothie Instructions:

1 rounded teaspoon of Herba-Smoothie mix
1 cup frozen fruit (my favorite right now is mixed berries)
1/2 cup yogurt (any brand will work, homemade is best)
3/4 cup juice (my favorite is orange or mango)

Combine well in blender. Add some honey if you like, but it may not even need it. YUM!

My husband & I started drinking these for breakfast yesterday and we absolutely love them! It's wonderful to know that we're drinking such a healthy breakfast and now I look forward to having another one each day. If only I could get my kids to drink them! They are so picky and resistant to trying new things. I'm hoping if they see us enjoying them everyday they will want some too.

Beats the Afternoon Slump

I've bought packs of the Daily Boost Herba-Smoothie and think it's the best. I add a heaping tablespoon to my smoothies. I no longer get the 'afternoon slump' that I used to experience around 2pm. I especially appreciate the added benefit to my bladder/kidneys with the oatstraw and burdock root. The gingko for my mind and the ginseng are also why I especially like this herb mix. Thank you very much for putting this mix together!

I had been sick for over a month and wasn't really taking any herbs (elixirs) because of their taste so my Mom got me this herb mixture. I was reluctant to take this and since I was sick I wasn't allowed any dairy products so I couldn't exactly follow the directions. I ended up putting about 12oz. of apple juice and 1-1/2 cups of frozen strawberries in a blender with the Herba-Smoothie mix. I found that the more apple juice I put in the sweeter the smoothie got. It was really not that bad compared to the herbs I'd taken. It was actually good. Thank you for this tasty way to take herbs!

Greetings! I have just started using your "Smoothie Formulas." I rotate a different one each morning for breakfast...they are DELICIOUS!!! My husband, who does not use herbs regularly except the ones I "sneak" into his food, said after tasting mine, "Would you mind making one of those for me"!! Wonder of wonders!!!
