Heart Health Herba-Smoothie mix is a great combination for building a healthy heart and improving general health. Some effects of the herbs include:

Hawthorn: Best herb for strengthening the heart. Relates high and low blood pressure, arrhythmic heartbeats, irregular pulse, prevents hardening of the arteries and much more

Bilberry: Anti-aging properties, prevents free-radical damage, increases blood circulation, and more

Turmeric: Powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant

Alfalfa: Extremely rich in vitamins and minerals, blood purifier (AVOID WHILE TAKING BLOOD THINNING AGENTS)

Oat straw: Excellent source of the major minerals

Herba-Smoothie Instructions:

1 rounded teaspoon of Herba-Smoothie mix
1 cup frozen fruit (my favorite right now is mixed berries)
1/2 cup yogurt (any brand will work, homemade is best)
3/4 cup juice (my favorite is orange or mango)

Combine well in blender. Add some honey if you like, but it may not even need it. YUM!

Greetings! I have just started using your "Smoothie Formulas." I rotate a different one each morning for breakfast...they are DELICIOUS!!! My husband, who does not use herbs regularly except the ones I "sneak" into his food, said after tasting mine, "Would you mind making one of those for me"!! Wonder of wonders!!!
