Herbal Mixes: Hibiscus Orange Delight Tea - organic

Contains: Hibiscus flowers, orange peel, rose hips, green tea, red raspberry leaf

Our refreshing tea blend with an exotic, citrusy flavor can be enjoyed hot or cold. Add 1-2 teaspoons of the mix to 1 cup boiling water. Let steep for 5 minutes (or longer). Strain the herbs off and add honey or raw sugar to taste. To make a pitcher of cold tea, use 10 teaspoons of mix in 8 cups of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain. Add ice and honey or sugar to the tea (if desired) and refrigerate.

Colorful delight

Oh delightful! This was so good, I shared it with a friend down the street. She was very impressed with the color and I told her she would not be disappointed! It is beautiful when steeped!

Hi! Just wanted to say I LOVE the smoothie videos, very inspiring. You do a great job. My 8 year old is now making "interesting" smoothies. She wants to make them ALL the time, even if I've already eaten! Here's what she came up with this morning : 1 kale leaf; blueberries, grapes, flax seed, small amount pineapple coconut juice, and 3 ice cubes. I wasn't sure how it was going to taste but much to my suprise, it was REALLY good. We will have to buy some herbs so we can get even more healthy benefits. You are right about teaching kids about good nutrition from an early age. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us and inspiring us to be creative. God Bless. ~Joy
