This year our family is in the middle of building a house and moving. By mid-December my husband James, my son Jeremiah and I will be in our new home. I am looking forward to the fresh paint and new floors but most of all I am looking forward to filling the air with scents of my favorite chia teas, cinnamon, cloves, orange peel, and more!

Other Festive Ideas:

- Mix equal parts cinnamon sticks, orange peel, and cloves with a little hibiscus for a beautiful holiday spice potpourri. Try boiling 4 cups of water with 1/2 cup potpourri for a warm fragrance that will fill your home.
- Create a pomander with a thick-skinned orange and cloves. Using a toothpick or large needle, prick a design on the orange. Place a clove in each hole. Arrange in a bowl or hang with a colorful ribbon for a delightfully scented decoration.
- Mix 4 cups prepared Hibiscus Orange Delight Tea, 1 carton orange juice, two oranges cut into thin slices, 12 cinnamon sticks and 1/8 cup cloves. Serve over ice as a cheery Christmas punch.
- Make Red Rooibos Chai Tea as directed. Serve hot in a tall mug, garnished with fresh whip cream and a cinnamon stick. Tastes even better with a warm gingerbread cookie!

We purchased the holiday special and we love it! I make the Chai Teas for my children and they love it especially on a cold, wet day. I love knowing that my children are drinking something that not only tastes good but is good for them. The only problem is that we are going through it very fast and I need to order more!

Not only was the shipping very fast, but it came just as we were battling a

I purchased quite a few herbal books recommended by BHS before heading over here and many of them have been very helpful. Many of the Filipinos are fond of using herbs up here on the mountains and even grow some in their gardens. I lent a friend three herbal books- Practical Herbalism, Growing 101 Herbs and The How to Herb book. She was so happy to see pictures of the herbs she has in her own garden and that she can finally label each one and learn of its advantage and hopefully put it to proper use.
