Our modern diet not only deprives our body of ideal nutrition, but also fails to deliver the “good” bacteria that our gut needs in order to function optimally. Improper digestion takes a toll on your immune system and can leave you feeling tired, bloated and grumpy. Even if you are taking all the right supplements, without good digestion, your body can’t properly absorb vitamins, minerals and nutrients. However, when the gut is happy, the rest of the body will be brimming with energy and vitality!

We give you Happy Gut Dietary Supplement, a superior and unique blend of natural enzymes, herbs, and probiotics that are essential to healthy digestion. This wonderful probiotic blend provides more than 2.5 billion live, active probiotics and is full of some of our favorite life-giving herbs. Beet Root, Chamomile, Ginger, and Peppermint enhance the probiotic composites to soothe, restore, and promote excellent health for the digestive system. Happy Gut acts as a catalyst to help your body properly absorb and utilize the vitamins, minerals and nutrients you need for rich, vibrant health. We bring you the best!

Allergy Aid
by Rachel on Jun 27, 2014

My daughter was born with severe allergies that caused her skin to erupt in constant hives. She is allergic to: eggs, dairy, wheat, oats, corn, soybeans, and all kinds of nuts. Because of this she has been on a restricted diet, but even with all of our precautions she still had regular "flare-ups", because keeping food away from a crawling baby/toddler is nearly impossible. I ordered a bottle of the Happy Gut and started putting one capsule in her morning bottle, and within two weeks I noticed her skin was smoother and more clear than it had ever been. She has now been taking one supplement daily for the past two months, and the difference has been astonishing. She ate two (TWO!) cupcakes, and had no adverse reaction. Things that would usually cause her skin to break out in a full body hive/rash now simply cause a mild rash on her cheeks. As a mother, I can not tell you how relieved and happy I am that she is doing so well. I am beyond grateful!

Digestive problems
by shasta on Mar 3, 2014

I had a bladder surgery a year ago. I was on antibiotics for about 8 months daily. I have digestive issues like: bloating, constipation, acid reflux, and pain. Also, I was recently diagnosed with eczema. Would happy Gut be a good place to start and where would I go from there?

    Re: Digestive problems
by Bulk Herb Store on Mar 10, 2014

    Hello,
Yes, Happy gut would be a great place to start for healing your digestive system! Try Eden's Salve where ever your eczema breaks out and it will help keep the red and the itch down.

food sensitivities
by Brenda on Jan 16, 2014

I have food sensitivities to wheat & dairy which cause inflamation. This also doesn't help with weight loss even though I am cutting back on these foods. Would this be something I could take daily to help with this?

    Re: food sensitivities
by Bulk Herb Store on Jan 20, 2014

Hello, I would recommend taking Red Clover Tops and Turmeric for the inflammation. But Happy Gut would also help your body get good bacteria and help you digest your food better. Thanks!

Curing Psoriasis via the guts with Happy Gut
by Susan Lawing on Jan 3, 2014

Hi...Do you know how effective Happy Gut will be in fixing intestinal flora damage that has resulted in life-long (38 years<>) psoriasis that has also been (apparently) passed on to my daughter. From research I've done, i have come to learn that probiotics can be useful in curing diseases that appear on the skin, but start in the guts, such as psoriasis and came here to do more research and order whatever will help my daughter I most.

Re: Curing Psoriasis via the guts with Happy Gut
by Bulk Herb Store on Jan 3, 2014

Hello, Happy Gut would be a great addition to your diet. It is not only a probiotic but also a digestive aid. I would also recommend taking Pau D'Arco for the Psoriasis if you haven't tried that as well. Thanks!

Gallbladder removed
by Kat on Dec 27, 2013

Hi there. I'm thinking of taking this supplement because I have had my gallbladder removed and have had severe trouble losing weight no matter how healthy I eat or workout. I really think my digestive system no longer does what it is supposed to. Will this help with that? Also if I take this would that eliminate having to take additional probiotic supplements and digestive enzymes.....could I just use happy gut for all those? I'm also going to start taking Kelp powder hopefully that will help with weight loss...is there anything you can suggest for those without gallbladders having trouble losing weight? Thanks love your site!!!

    Re: Gallbladder removed
by Bulk Herb Store on Dec 30, 2013

Hello, the Happy Gut supplement contains both probiotics and digestive enzymes so you wouldn't have to take any other source for that. For the weight loss I would suggest doing a colon cleanse which would help your body keep your bowels running smoothly and flush any toxins that may be holding the weight loss back. Thanks!

Infants and Happy Gut
by Carreen on Oct 12, 2013

I take happy gut and I am expecting in early March. I was wondering about giving my newborn Happy Gut, I planned on breaking open the capsule and pouring the contents in a contact lens case and dipping my finger in it to let the baby suck some off before nursing in order to keep the babies gut healthy for extra protection. Is there any reason you can think of why this would not be ok to do? I have talked to others doing this and it has been recommended before but I was wondering about Happy Gut specifically! Thank You...by the way I LOVE HAPPY GUT, it took away my horrible indigestion I was having with this preganancy!

    Re: Infants and Happy Gut
by Bulk Herb Store on Oct 15, 2013

    Hello,
If you continue to take Happy Gut while breastfeeding, your newborn will continue to get all the nutrition he/she needs as a newborn. Then after breastfeeding, you could give your child Happy Gut. Thanks!

Peppermint and Gerd
by Missy L on Oct 7, 2013

Hello, I am very interested in this product, but was wondering if the peppermint would aggrivate my GERD symptoms. As a general rule I know it is good to stay away from peppermint when you have this problem.
Thank you!

    Re: Peppermint and Gerd
by Bulk Herb Store on Oct 9, 2013

With as little peppermint in the two capsule, I doubt it would upset your GERD. It would be difficult to custom design our products to fit each individual’s sensitivities. If you think you have a sensitivity to one of the ingredients, consult your physician prior to using the product(s).

Happy Gut and Detox +
by Sharon on Oct 2, 2013

Hi, Thanks for all your work and input. Can Happy Gut and Detox + be taken in the same protocol for leaky gut? I would guess the Happy Gut would need to be taken an hour or two before/after the Detox +. Thanks for your response.

Re: Happy Gut and Detox +
by Bulk Herb Store on Oct 4, 2013

    Hello,
I would just take the Detox+ in the morning and Happy Gut around lunch. That way the Detox+ doesn't interact with the Happy Gut. Thanks!

candida
by TStewart on Sep 20, 2013

I am going to go on a candida cleanse/ diet with my Husband, do you have anything that will help get rid of the candida? I am ordering a few other things to use as teas that I have read from various places that will help: Pau D'Arco, Olive Leaf, and I can't remember the other one at the moment but, any more suggestions? Thanks and my daughter pretends to play "Shoshanna", and brings me her little concoctions from the garden, and she loves to watch your videos with me. Are you related to the rare seeds people? I buy seeds from them just curious. Thanks a Ton!

    Re: candida
by Bulk Herb Store on Sep 24, 2013

    Hello,
Shoshanna and James are not related to the Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds owners, Jere and Emilee Gettle but they are friends! So glad you enjoy the videos! As far as candida, garlic, and Echinacea are know to help. Although echinacea is best known for stopping a cold in its tracks, this herb also provides anti-candida benefits. It supports your immune system in the fight against candida as well as other infections. Black Walnut which contains tannins that not only kill fungal overgrowth like candida, but also kill parasites.

Healing leaky gut
by Diana on Sep 5, 2013

How long do you think it would take to heal a leaky gut with this supplement? I know my digestive track is unhappy right now but we are limited on the dietary changes we can make right now so GAPS isn't really an option.

Ingredients
by Lisa on Sep 2, 2013

Under "Probiotic Blend" I noticed that B. bifidum is grown on soy. Does this product contain soy? Thanks.

    Re: Ingredients
by Bulk Herb Store on Sep 3, 2013

    Hello,
To get that specific probiotic it is grown on Organic Raw fermented Soy (Non –GMO). Through the extraction and hundreds of times straining of the bacteria (probiotic) grown on top of the soy, through the Manufacturing testing the product contains no byproduct of soy the same goes for diary. We list them in the case of anaphylactic allergens which we should still see no effect. Thanks!

Chamomile in Happy Gut
by Amber on Aug 25, 2013

I know that Chamomile is so soothing and calming to the tummy, but those allergic to Ragweed can be sensitive to Chamomile and taking a product containing Chamomile every day may not be the best option. Would you recommend an alternative or option to counteract this issue? I love the combination in this blend otherwise and would buy it in a heartbeat if it weren't for the Chamomile thing. It truly is a beloved herb and the pretty little flowers can't help who their relatives are! Thanks for your insight!

Some ingredients, including the chelated minerals, do not fall into this classification and cannot be certified organic.

Capsules or hard pill?
by Elisabeth on Aug 23, 2013

Are these capsules that can be opened and blended in with something in a spoon? My kids can't swallow pills yet so maybe I could open capsules and mix with yogurt or applesauce if they are capsules and not hard tablets.

by Lois on Aug 23, 2013

Does Happy Gut contain dairy, egg or gluten proteins? My littles have allergies to those items and finding a good probiotic that doesn't contain those (especially dairy and gluten) can be difficult.
