Have you ever thought about mixing your own vitamins? It is not as difficult as you might think. If your body can digest food, it can also digest and assimilate herbs. Heart Health Herba-Smoothie mix is a great combination for building a healthy heart and improving general health.

Herba-Smoothie Instructions:

1 rounded teaspoon of Herba-Smoothie mix
1 cup frozen fruit (my favorite right now is mixed berries)
1/2 cup yogurt (any brand will work, homemade is best)
3/4 cup juice (my favorite is orange or mango)

Combine well in blender. Add some honey if you like, but it may not even need it. YUM!

Since my fourth pregnancy I have been on medication to help keep my heart from going into atrial fibrillation. I'd like to get off the medication and am loosing weight to facilitate this but I wondered if this herbal mix would help or would it be detrimental?

    If it was me I would prob. try it as it would be great to strengthen the heart and help with inflammation etc, but I don't know everything associated with atrial fibrillation so I would suggest asking a medical or herbal professional before supplementing especially if taking meds.

    This is one I would feel safe in taking during pregnancy since there are no known side effects but it is always best to talk to a doctor first.

I bought all three Herba-Smoothie combinations and could never decide which I wanted the most so I did the only thing I COULD decide on and mixed them all together. Now we get a little bit of everything in our daily smoothies!

Greetings! I have just started using your "Smoothie Formulas." I rotate a different one each morning for breakfast...they are DELICIOUS!!! My husband, who does not use herbs regularly except the ones I "sneak" into his food, said after tasting mine, "Would you mind making one of those for me"!! Wonder of wonders!!!
