Herba-Smoothie Instructions:

1 rounded teaspoon of Herba-Smoothie mix
1 cup frozen fruit (mixed berries is a favorite)
1/2 cup yogurt (any brand will work, homemade is best)
3/4 cup juice (orange or mango is especially good)

Combine well in blender. Add some honey if you like, but it may not even need it. YUM!

Help with Blood Pressure

Circulatory Herba-Smoothie. I got this to see if it would help with my high blood pressure. I drink several of your tea mixes and just love them. So I am praying that this will help with bp.

Relieves my tension headaches!

Earlier this week I started to get some muscle spasms in my neck and I felt it turning into a migraine. In the past, when this has happened I had to rely on a muscle relaxer with two Excedrin tension headache pills. Since the Excedrin contains caffeine, I really don't like taking it in the evening. I normally stay away from caffeine, anyway, and I know the pain killer ingredient isn't good for our liver. Anyway, I had just received my shipment of the Circulatory herbal smoothie (which I only tried b/c the Daily Herbal Boost was unavailable when I ordered). I decided to see if it would work to relax my tightened muscles. I added a splash of the vodka I use making the tinctures (only a splash in a 20 oz smoothie) b/c I thought about it helping with the delivery of the herbs, and I mixed it with berries and yogurt. I sweetened it with stevia and gave it a try. At first, my head hurt so badly that I wasn't sure if I would be able to drink anything (nausea), but I sipped it slowly and laid on the couch. I promise you in about 20 minutes I was totally pain free! I could not believe how well this worked for me. I decided that if I ever get another tension migraine that I would try it without the splash of vodka to see if it makes any difference. I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your knowledge of herbs and for making these mixes for those of us who don't have the skill and time to do it.

I had been sick for over a month and wasn't really taking any herbs (elixirs) because of their taste, so my Mom got me this herb mixture. I was reluctant to take this and since I was sick I wasn't allowed any dairy products so I couldn't exactly follow the directions. I ended up putting about 12oz. of apple juice and 1-1/2 cups of frozen strawberries in a blender with the Herba-Smoothie mix. I found that the more apple juice I put in the sweeter the smoothie got. It was really not that bad compared to the herbs I'd taken. It was actually good. Thank you for this tasty way to take herbs!

Greetings! I have just started using your "Smoothie Formulas." I rotate a different one each morning for breakfast...they are DELICIOUS!!! My husband, who does not use herbs regularly except the ones I "sneak" into his food, said after tasting mine, "Would you mind making one of those for me"!! Wonder of wonders!!!
