Citrus peel has been used to treat coughs, colds, flu, fevers, and bronchitis.

Stevia is a widely available tabletop sweetener in Asian countries. It has been used to treat digestion, liver, and intestinal problems.

Lemon Peel

Lemons aren’t just for lemonade. The lemon peel is full of nutrition. It has vitamin C to help build the immune system and citrus bioflavonoid for healthier circulation. It has been used to aid digestion, helping ease colic, indigestion, upset stomach, and vomiting. When added to herbal teas it gives an added aroma and enhances the taste.

Lemon Grass

Lemon Grass is a mild sedative. It is also a tasty mild tea which promotes sleep. The oil of the lemongrass contains myrcene, an analgesic, explaining the sedative usage. The oil is also rich in geraniol and citral, which contribute to lowering serum cholesterol levels. The essential oil of lemon grass is used to soothe fevers. It is also used in treatment of respiratory problems, sore throats, and oily skin.

Rose Hips

Rose hips are the dried fruit of roses. They contain a good deal of vitamin C and vitamin C complex. Rose hips are especially good for stress and fighting infections. Rose Hips also have bioflavonoid which affects the heart and circulatory system, particularly strengthening the capillaries.

My son has severe weeping acne.He refused the traditional acne meds and if you read the side effects,so would you.I researched and found a natural way to heal his acne, God is soo good!! This is our protocol:

A.M.- Mix 1/2 tsp.each of Pau D'Arco bark, burdock root, and alfalfa (all
powdered) in a little applesauce or yogurt. Use diluted tea tree oil(1/4 tsp. to 1/4 cup water) on face, shoulders, back or wherever needed.

Noon-repeat a.m. remedy - plus make a strong infusion of 1/4cup each of red clover tops, dandelion root, yellow dock root, and a little peppermint for taste steeped in 1 quart of boiling water for 45 minutes. Strain off herb solids and sweeten with stevia and drink throughout the day.

P.M.-repeat a.m. remedy.

These herbs cleanse the blood, support the liver and the tea tree oil is an natural antibiotic and antiseptic.

We have had tremendous results using these herbs. We are so thankful for the God given herbs.
