Premixed Remedies: Lemony Mint Tea

  Out of stock

Contains: Spearmint, Lemon Peel, and Lemon Grass.

Lemony mint tea is so refreshing. It is a wonderful afternoon tea. Lemony mint tea calms the muscles and freshens the breath. It is great cold or hot. We like it best ice cold with a drop of honey.

Put 1 heaping tablespoon of herbs in a saucepan. Add one coffee cup of water. Heat on low until it starts to boil. Pour tea through a paper towel or coffee filter.

Just wanted to say thank you for this website. I've long thought herbs were fascinating, but never knew HOW to use them, or where to learn. All the books and speakers I'd come into contact with on the subject would give a long, glowing list of an herbs wonderful uses, but skip the "how to part." Your site is designed so beautifully, easy to navigate, and it provides so much useful information about what to do with all these wonderful herbs God gave us. It's given me the resources and confidence I needed to begin my journey using herbs for the health and healing of my family, and I'm so grateful.
