Naturally Healthy Skin is an incredibly informative book--for all ages! Whether you are in your teens or seventies, this book is for you.

The author begins with a complete scientific explanation of the skin, which she calls “skinformation”. After the reader has the foundational knowledge of their skin, the author moves on to how to get healthy and beautiful skin!

She does not take the easy way out with just product recommendations, or claim that the skin works all on its own. Stephanie Tourles recognizes that the skin is our bodies largest organ and is reflective of our inner health.
