Olive Leaf Whole can be used as often as you would like, and in any way you choose.
As is the case with most herbs, Olive leaf should be stored in a dark, dry, and cool place.

Makes great tea

I ordered some teas from you about a month ago, and found them to be really wonderful. I really love your Olive leaf. I started making a tea with it
when we got sick with a cold. We normally are at the doctors with antibiotics and steriods. All we did is rest and eat real food, took Juice Plus+ and drank Olive leaf tea with cinnamon sticks and local honey once a day and we were stronger every day.
