While the book may seem a bit pricey, it actually saves me money by allowing me to make tasty and nutritious soups, confections, smoothies, and spreads. discovering the powerhouse nut, seed and fruit blends alone is worth the price. I've wasted more than that on empty calorie snacks in the past 2 months. Thank you!
