One of my favorites is Rise and Shine Tea. It has a wonderful aroma and a fantastic taste, plus it is soooo healthy. When I was young, I often heard Dad asking Mom to make him some of that "good tasting tea". She combined ginger, cloves, green tea, and peppermint, using cinnamon sticks to stir. Both of these premixed teas are best brewed in a teapot or percolator rather than just a cup at a time, because it gives the herbs more time to steep. Hot water can be added to the teapot or percolator several times so the tea can be steeped again and again and thereby getting the most out of the herbs.

From Our Reading and/or Experience...

This dry herb mixture can be made into a tincture. As a tincture, it would be more effective. However, we prefer it as a tea because of its great flavor.
The mixture can also be ground up into powder and encapsulated, as some folks simply prefer capsules.
The Rise and Shine Tea can be used to benefit men, women (including before, during or after pregnancy, and nursing), and children.
It can be used as often as you would like, and in any way you choose.
As is the case with most herbs, this dry mixture should be stored in a dark, dry, and cool place. Refrigeration or freezing is great, but certainly not necessary. Following these suggestions will delay the loss of its highly valued nutritional and medicinal properties.

I love your Rise and Shine Tea, and even prefer it over a cup of coffee each morning. I have been an avid coffee drinker for many years. However, your yummy tea is so delicious and good for me, that I prefer it over my morning cup o' joe.
I'd love to buy your herbs in bulk, though, so I can make my own and pass it out to family and friends. I found the recipe for Mama's Red Raspberry Brew on your site - another tea, I love and use to help with PMS - but, I didn't see the recipe for the Rise and Shine Tea. Would you mind sharing the recipe, so I can order the herbs in bulk?

I cannot sing Rise and Shine Tea's praises enough! Absolutely delicious! I enjoy drinking a generous cup every morning upon rising.
Two benefits I wasn't expecting is that since regularly drinking Rise and Shine I don't have that 2 o'clock "crash" in the afternoons. I am alert all day long.
Also, in the past I have had trouble keeping my blood sugar stabilized and Rise and Shine has decreased my sugar swings dramatically!

This has replaced my morning coffee. I love this served hot with a bit of honey and milk. As a matter of fact, I have a beautiful cup of it beside me now. This will make for lovely christmas presents this year.

Good evening. I have been drinking your Rise and Shine Tea almost every day since I received it. It's wonderful! I have NEVER had a tea that I liked that much. I've cut down on coffee, and have sent several bags to friends and family so they can try it and order their own.

I found the Vinegar of the Four Thieves insect repellent good for use on my horse, dogs, and myself in mountainous bee/hornet/yellow jacket/biting fly country. I tried the Plantain (white man's moccasin) poultice yesterday when I got nailed by a yellow jacket. It worked so well, I could not even find where I got stung the next day. I also use Nettle / vinegar rinse on my hair. Although it is too late to keep gray color out, people continue to tell me my hair looks very healthy. So, thank you for your information. ~Tina
