Stress-Buster Tea is a mix of herbs that aid the circulatory, immune, glandular, digestive, and respiratory system. Simplified, this combination of herbs relaxes the muscles, feeds the brain, and strengthens the body.
The tea includes these herbs: St. John's Wort, Ginkgo leaf, Siberian ginseng root, Green Tea, Jasmine flowers, peppermint leaf, raspberry leaf, and stevia leaves.

1. Put 1 Heaping tablespoon of herbs in a sauce pan.

2. Add one coffee cup of water.

3. Heat on low until it starts to boil.

4. Pour tea through a paper towel or coffee filter.

Ginkgo and helps with thinking. It has the nickname of brain food.
Siberian ginseng builds the immune system helping your body to relax and not overwork.

Green Tea is that little miracle of herbs that assists your body in many ways.

Hello, all! First, I want to thank you for your excellent website and wonderful products. My husband loves the Jasmine Green Tea. He works nights in a factory, and a very strong brew of the green tea helps keep him awake. He says that it is much better than coffee...it picks him up gently, gives him energy, and then lets him down slowly. Instead of the sudden lift and crash like coffee. Several of the men at the factory use green tea. It's so funny to see these burly, manly men sitting around with their teapots. Also, thank you for the books and all the helpful advice (on the website). I'm very new to herbs but I'm so excited to help my family instead of letting the doctors "treat" them.
