Stress Less Herba-Smoothie mix is a great combination for relieving anxiety and improving energy. Some effects of the herbs include:

Ginkgo: Anti-aging, brain food, better concentration, improves memory, increases energy

St. John's Wort: Lifts the burden of depression, sedative and pain-reducing effect

Hawthorn: Regulates high and low blood pressure, arrhythmic heartbeats, irregular pulse and more

Passionflower: Acts as a mild herbal sedative, treats pain and imbalances of the nervous system

Siberian Ginseng: Contains compounds that help the body against stress; regulates both male and female hormones

Herba-Smoothie Instructions:

1 rounded teaspoon of Herba-Smoothie mix
1 cup frozen fruit (my favorite right now is mixed berries)
1/2 cup yogurt (any brand will work, homemade is best)
3/4 cup juice (my favorite is orange or mango)

Combine well in blender. Add some honey if you like, but it may not even need it. YUM!

Greetings! I have just started using your "Smoothie Formulas." I rotate a different one each morning for breakfast...they are DELICIOUS!!! My husband, who does not use herbs regularly except the ones I "sneak" into his food, said after tasting mine, "Would you mind making one of those for me"!! Wonder of wonders!!!
