is it good for kidney stone
by esther yutzy on Oct 2, 2006

I was wondering if the Spearmint leaf, cut, is helpful for Kidney stones? I have been drinking quite a bit of water but saw on your website that Spearmint can be beneficial. How much would you recommend taking each day? And are there any articles you could send me on the subject? Thank you! Esther

I have not heard of Spearmint being used for kidney stones. If it were me, I'd make a strong tea from equal parts of cut Horsetail, Dandelion, Burdock and Nettle. Drinking this in abundance everyday should take care of the stones.

I have been using The Immune Booster tincture successfully for fever. When someone runs a fever, we start giving a dropperful or so every hour until it is down. Then, we decrease to every 3-4 hours. This has worked many times. Thanks for the recipe.
