Herbal Mixes: Stress Release Fiber Mix

Contains St. John’s Wort powder, Passion flower powder, Rose hips powder, Orange powder, Flax seed whole, Chia seed whole, Psyllium powder.

Mix 2 tsp. Stress Release Fiber mix into an 8 oz. cup of juice or water (cranberry or orange is best). Take 30 minutes before each meal. This mixture does a great job of naturally suppressing your appetite because it expands and makes your stomach feel full.

Can this be put into a capsule? I would be interested in taking 2 capsules 3 times a day.

    We have not tried putting this into a capsule. It would probably be a little difficult because it does have whole chia seeds and flax seeds. I would recommend mixing in grape juice and drinking it down. It doesn't taste bad at all if you take it this way! Thanks!

St. John warts: it's my understanding that too much of that is not good, it's a antidepressant??? I've never taken it but I want to make sure that it doesn't effect my nerves and make me jittery or too relaxed?? please help I'm interested in getting the Stress release fiber mix.. Thanks for your assistance!!!

    Hello, taking 2 tsp a day of the mix should be just fine. In that amount you should not get jittery at all. Thanks!
