pregnancy and breastfeeding

Can you drink this tea when pregnant or breastfeeding?

by Bulk Herb Store on May 1, 2013

There are herbs in it that have precautions, especially the lemongrass, so I would either take it only in very small amounts or not at all. Some other herbs to help you relax would be chamomile, lemon balm and lavender.

Is this tea safe for pregnancy or toddlers?

I am six months pregnant and my husband is getting medically retired from Army, so we under a lot of stress. Plus, I think our 3 1/2 year old is starting to be bothered by all the changes.

If not could you recommend something else please.

Thanks!

There are some herbs in it that have precautions during pregnancy so it's basically up to you whether or not you want to take it. If it was me I would not take it very much if at all. You could try some other relaxing herbs like chamomile, lemon balm and lavender or lavender oil.

Safe for pregnancy?

Is Stress Zapper tea safe to drink during pregnancy? It seems many safe/non-safe herbal lists don't agree with each other.

Personally, I don't think I would drink it, just to be on the safe side as quite a few of the herbs in it have precautions, however you are welcome to do your own research and decide for yourself!

Helps with Menopause
by Sharon on Dec 12, 2012

After looking into the herbs that would help me with hot flashes and moods I decided to try this mix. It has the herbs that I need and a price that can't be beat.....I looked!
It has helped with the hot flashes...not that they are gone but at least manageable. Maybe in time they will vanish and I will give the credit to God and this herbal mix.
Thanks again for another wonderful mix that helps our families to stay healthy or return to health.

Question : )
by Heidi on Sep 22, 2012

Can this tea itself be made into a stress/ depression tincture? I saw your depression tincture video but I can't find ginkgo in your herb selection to buy separately to make the tincture like you showed. Thank you!

Yes, you can make it into a tincture! We do carry the ginkgo. It is located under Bulk Herbs and should be in alphabetical order.

Stress Zapper Tea
by Karen on Sep 8, 2012

When I purchased this tea I didn't really expect it to help with stress, but I like to try different teas and the ingredients sounded good so I gave it a try. I honestly think it helps keep me calmer on stressful days plus it tastes great! The easiest way I've found to make it is by putting 1 tablespoon of tea in a glass measuring cup and pouring boiling water over it; cover with a plate and let steep while eating breakfast. Then pour through a strainer into a 1 quart mason jar and add water to fill to the top. Refrigerate and enjoy throughout the day. I always take some iced tea along when I have a busy shopping day and it helps energize and refresh.

This tea is wonderful!!! My husband travels on occasion, and when he is away our little boys seem to try to frazzle my nerves beyond repair! This tea helps us ALL feel de-stressed in those times. What a blessing! The taste is fabulous, my new favorite tea. Thanks!!

I absolutely LOVE this tea!
by Veronica R. on Jan 28, 2011

I decided to try it a few months ago and I am certainly glad I did. I drink anywhere from 1-4 cups a day, it has replaced my daily coffee. I find that not only is this tea pleasant tasting, but it does help me keep my stress in check and as an added bonus my skin has improved since adding this to my diet. Thank you for your wonderful herbs.

The Zapper is wonderful!
by Kathryn G. on Jan 28, 2011

Hello!

I recieved my first order of Stress Zapper Tea. Honestly, I ordered it because the Stress Buster Tea was sold out, which I usually purchase. I thought I'd try something new. Well I'm glad I did! The Zapper is wonderful! This is probably the best tasting tea I've ever had. It's so much more than just medicinal, which is why I used the Buster Tea, but this, this simply zaps stress just because it is so enjoyable and flavorful to drink. Thanks for all the wonderful teas and I hope you continue to make Stress Zapper Tea!
