I just wanted to report on Red Raspberry leaf tea; this has amazing results! After the birth of my first son, I wanted to start taking the tea to strengthen my uterus and prepare my body for natural childbirth. I tried to go natural with my first, but I just wasn't prepared mentally for the birth since he was three weeks early. I drank the tea every day starting with month 4 of my pregnancy. As soon as I started to take the tea, I noticed my skin was flawless and I had more energy to chase around my very busy 18 month old boy. I couldn't believe how this stuff worked!!! It also worked wonders for me during my second birth. I went into labor on a Sunday night and was only in labor for 2.5 hours!! My uterus contracted beautifully!! It was a very painful experience, but I managed just fine with the pain. I only had to push three times and my second baby Micah was born. I don't know if this had anything to do with the tea, but I would recommend this tea to anybody while pregnant. Anyway, I ended up going natural just like planned. I really think the tea helped with my pushing. It actually wasn't the most painful part of labor, despite what people say. My body completely took over. I would definitely do it natural again with the help of Red Raspberry leaf tea. Thanks for being so informative on your website. I'm a fan of herbs now and my whole family is too. My 2 year old has never been to the Dr. for a cold b/c I'm in control of our family's health now. What a blessing!! Keep up the good work!! I will tell my friends about ya'll!! God Bless you and your family.

Did You Know?
After childbirth, the mama's body is gearing up for breastfeeding. It also begins a cleansing process as chemicals, hormones, nutrients, etc. are all adjusting to return to proper levels as before the pregnancy. The liver, kidneys, colon, etc. are all very involved in this cleansing. Herbs that aid in this process are known as liver cleansers and as blood purifiers. Amazingly enough, many of the liver cleansers and blood purifiers also promote milk production. Some of these herbs are: Fennel, Fenugreek, Blessed Thistle, and Dandelion. Most of us may not see the relation between breast feeding and cleansing. However, God provided the herbs that aid the new mother to get both jobs done. The Mama's Milk Tea recipe was contributed by one of our readers, and includes herbs for after the birth.
