Books
Some folks think we know a thing or two about home remedies and herbs. The fact is, almost all that we know, we learned from our books. Without them, we would be lost. It's awesome to read up on a new remedy, and go in the kitchen and try it. More than that, we love to modify the recipe to make it more effective or affordable. The details the books provide on each herb will inspire you to many exciting learning discoveries.
So, don't shoot in the dark. Take advantage of the books that we offer. The more you read, the more confidently you'll use the herbs. Out of the dozens of herb books in our little office, only a few have we found helpful. Here they are. We've also included some books on eating healthy and such.

Did You Know?
Unusually offensive body odor is often the result of toxins built up in the body, making their way out through the skin. Whether it's your feet, armpits or fecal matter, all such foul smells usually have the same root cause: excess toxins.
