Great Garlic!

I was looking for a way to use garlic everyday in my food for all the many health benefits it gives. I found this recipe on the internet and thought it would be a great idea to share! I keep this garlic in my refrigerator and use it every day. It is so fresh and good!

You will need:
1 clean pint-sized glass jar with a tight-fitting lid
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup Dried Minced Garlic
Hot Water

Put dried minced garlic into the jar. Add olive oil and then fill the rest of the jar with hot water until about 1 inch from top. Close lid and shake. It will swell and it needs to be stored in the refrigerator. You can use it in recipes (just like those expensive tiny jars of garlic at the grocery store) or use it fresh straight out of the jar. It has a wonderful flavor and adds just the right amount of spiciness!
