In a crock pot or saucepan, combine 1 organic orange cut into 4 pieces, including peel. Add 1 inch fresh ginger peeled or 1 tsp dried ginger. Sprinkle in 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. Echinacea is also a nice addition - I use 1 rounded tsp. You can also add green tea or chamomile (about 2 tsp).
After you have added all the ingredients, fill pan or crock pot with 8 cups of water. Simmer for at least 20 minutes, keeping warm and adding honey to taste before drinking. Drink freely as much as you wish. This is delicious and healing for any virus, cold or ache.

Just a quick note to say, "Thank you!" I am always impressed with your products and service. This time I was so surprised to find a bottle of glycerin included for free. I have wanted to try making tinctures but just
kept putting it off. The Lord knew I needed a little push :~) Thanks again!
God bless you ~Holly
Did You Know?
The daily consumption of Spirulina can improve and restore your energy levels like few other food sources can. This is partly due to its high content of riboflavin. Riboflavin helps release energy from carbohydrates, proteins and fats. So, the more riboflavin you consume, the more energy you'll get out of the foods you eat. Spirulina has more riboflavin than any other food source, making it perfect for those desiring an energy boost without any side effects.
