    RAW NUT MILK


    HOW TO MAKE IT...

    1. Pour cashews and water in a cup or small jar.
    2. Place strainer on top of cup and add Bay leaf and Cardamom. Soak overnight.
    3. The next morning, remove strainer, rinse and strain the cashews.

    BLEND WELL


    THEN ADD...

    • soaked nuts
    • 5 ice cubes
    • 1/2 of a banana
    • 1 tablespoon Cacao powder
    • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
    • 1/2 tablespoon Raw Honey

    Blend well and serve.


  • Chicken Stock

    Making your own stock is a great way to get all the nutrients out of those left over bones from last night's chicken dinner.


    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    • 1 whole free-range chicken or 2 to 3 lbs of chicken parts, such as necks, backs, breastbones and wings
    • 2-4 chicken feet, (optional)
    • 4 free-range or organically grown egg shells
    • 4 quarts cold filtered water
    • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    • 2 carrots peeled and chopped, if organic do not peel
    • 3 celery stalks, chopped
    • 4 whole garlic cloves
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
    • 1 bunch parsley

    HOW TO MAKE IT...

    Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for at least 6 hours or as long as 48 hours.

    Whether you're butchering your own beef or picking up some bones at the butcher's, cooking up a big pot of broth is a great way to stock up for a hot bowl of soup on those cold winter days.


    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    • 4 pounds beef and knuckle bones, (approximately)
    • 1 calf's foot, cut into pieces, (optional)
    • 3 pounds meaty rib or neck bones
    • 4 or more quarts cold filtered water, more if desired
    • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    • 4 free-range or organically grown egg shells
    • 3 onions, chopped
    • 3 carrots, chopped
    • 3 celery stalks, chopped
    • 5-6 whole garlic cloves
    • 1-2 teaspoons dried Thyme leaf
    • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
    • 1 bunch parsley

    HOW TO MAKE IT...

    Place all ingredients in a large pot or kettle and simmer for at least 12 hours or as long as 72 hours.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED FOR ~ Herbal Pumpkin Spice Blend


    WHAT YOU'LL NEED FOR ~ Latte

    • 6 cups strong brewed coffee (1/2 cup coffee grinds to 6 cups water)
    • 1/2 cup Herbal Pumpkin Spice Blend
    • 1 cup full fat coconut milk (stirred and mixed until smooth)
    • 1/2 cup Raw Honey
    • 1/4 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
    • A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg or nutmeg powder

    HOW TO MAKE IT...

    1. Open 1 (1/2 lb) bag of Creamy Pumpkin Pie Tea and mix in a bowl with all other spice ingredients.
    2. Brew in a coffee pot, 6 cups strong coffee (1/2 cup coffee grinds to 6 cups water).
    3. In a sauce pan, mix 1/2 cup of Herbal Pumpkin Spice Blend, coconut milk, honey and salt. Warm on medium high heat for 12 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove spiced latte mixture from heat.
    4. Pour 1/2 cup of latte mixture into a Tea Mug Basket Strainer placed over a mug, catching herbal spices and follow with 1/2 cup of coffee over the herbs in the strainer. Remove strainer from mug. Stir latte and add a pinch of ground nutmeg. Top with whipped cream & nutmeg if desired. Enjoy!

    P.S. Oops! I accidentally left the herbal latte mixture on the stovetop for an extra 10 minutes, but instead of burning, it turned out to be a delicious Spiced Carmel! Perfect for drizzling over your latte, or dipping sliced apples fresh from the orchard.

    1. Put oil in a pan. Cook turkey. Add Bragg's Liquid Amino's and pepper.
    2. In a bowl, add cooked meat, onion powder, and next 8 ingredients. Mix together. Lightly stir in bean sprouts.

    HOW TO MAKE IT...

    1. Set out the butter and cream cheese to soften.
    2. Mix together all the herbs and whip into the butter and cream cheese. Blend very well, about 4 minutes, until the mixture has an even consistency.
    3. Add the cheddar cheese and blend on low. Form mixture into a ball and roll in slivered almonds.
    4. Refrigerating for at least 2 hours before serving will harden and form the ball while infusing all the flavors together. Arrange on your favorite serving dish with bread, crackers, chips or veggies. Serve it up and prepare to wow your guests and your taste buds!

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED


    HOW TO MAKE IT...

    1. Pour milk into a small pot and turn heat to medium/low. Add all other ingredients except for the honey.
    2. Bring to a simmer for 10-20 minutes (longer equals stronger).
    3. After simmering, strain out the herbs and transfer the milk to a blender.
    4. Add the honey and blend for 30-45 seconds, until light and frothy.
    5. Pour into 2 of your favorite cups and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon or fresh ground peppercorns if desired. Share with a friend and enjoy!
