Brewing Recommendation: 

1. Heat 1 cup of water to 190 degrees. 
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea into a tea strainer. 
3. Pour water over herbs and steep for 3-5 minutes. 
4. Remove tea strainer and herbs. If desired, add a dash of cream and sweeten with honey, and enjoy!

    HOW TO MAKE IT...

    1. Make Black Spice Chai Tea infusion by simmering on the stovetop: 3 tablespoons of Black Spice Chai Tea and 2 cups water. Simmer until your infusion has been reduced to 1 cup of liquid and strain off herbs.
    2. Combine first six ingredients and beat until smooth. Add Chia Seeds and stir rapidly with whisk for 5 minutes. It is important to stir well so you don’t have lumpy pudding. Cool in the refrigerator.
    3. Serve chilled and topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of Cinnamon. Enjoy!

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED


    HOW TO MAKE IT...

    1. Prepare Black Spice Chai Tea, using more herbs and steeping for a longer period of time then usual, for a very stoutly brewed tea. Let cool and pour into an ice cube tray, reserving 3/4 cup of tea unfrozen.
    2. Pour milk (I used unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk) into ice cube trays and freeze until hardened.
    3. Once tea and milk cubes are frozen, place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass, sprinkle a pinch of your favorite spice over top, and enjoy!
