Summer is here and we know y'all are getting those grills fired up! Memorial Day weekend is a perfect time to start it up if you haven't already.
Here is a delicious grilled Kabob recipe featuring our Cajun Seasoning that you can throw on the grill and serve up high end flavors for your guests..... I paired it with a creamy and cool dipping sauce that compliments the spice and tang of the seasoning on the Kabobs.
We hope you love these summer flavors and load of veggies and even some fruit as much as we did!
Kabob Ingredients-
Squash
Onions
Bell Peppers
Mushrooms
Corn on the Cob (cut)
Pineapple
Wooden Skewers
Olive Oil
Cool and Creamy Dipping Sauce Ingredients-
1/3 Cup Vegan Mayo
2 Tablespoons Honey Mustard
1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
Begin by chopping up those veggies in good size chunks, you want them pretty big so they hold up good on the Kabob.
Splash some olive oil in a large bowl and throw the veggies in and coat thoroughly.
Begin to sprinkle in the Cajun Seasoning and keep stirring so to coat evenly...do this to taste, if it is your first time using our Cajun seasoning, don't go to heavy and overpower the veggies.
Place the veggies on the Kabob Skewers....
For the Dipping sauce you can put all three ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. Set aside until the Kabobs are grilled. Dip and Enjoy as we head into summer days full of cookouts and grilled food! Have a safe and Happy Memorial Day Weekend and thank you to all those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for all of us!
