Summer gardens and their bountiful harvests are in full swing!
All of the amazing fresh produce straight from your own plot, right into your kitchen....This is a great season to eat lots of salads, with fresh produce to top it off!
We are featuring a zesty dressing, with tang and a burst of citrus. The gem in this easy recipe is Goji Berries, long praised for it's vitamins, amino acids, zinc, iron, calcium, and polysaccharides. They have a higher carotenoid content than Black Goji and an ounce of this power-packed berry contains 2x your daily allowance of Vitamin C, and its nourishing properties have been traditionally appreciated for reducing fatigue and stress!
