Spirulina Green Power Salt
This seasoning is flavor and nutrient packed!
It uses Spirulina along with many other nutrient rich herbs and can be used to flavor any food or dish that sound tasty to you!
Makes almost a pint sized jar
What you will need-
2 Tbsp Thyme
2 Tbsp Oregano
2 Tbsp Marjoram
1 Tbsp Garlic Granules
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds (toasted)
2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 Tbsp Dulse
1/2 Tbsp Spirulina
2 Tbsp Dandelion Leaf
2 Tbsp Nettle Leaf
2 Tbsp Spinach Powder
Cayenne and Black Pepper to taste!
Sea Salt (optional)
Go ahead and toast those Sesame Seeds first thing!
I toasted mine using a dry pan over a low to medium heat, keeping them moving almost constantly.
Mix all ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
Now, with the sea salt, I opted to add some to our mixture to give it that extra flavor.
I also added the cayenne and black pepper to taste.
There you have it! A nutrient rich seasoning for you to experiment with on whatever dish sounds amazing to you!
