1 rounded teaspoon of Herba-Smoothie mix
1 cup frozen fruit (my favorite right now is mixed berries)
1/2 cup yogurt (any brand will work, homemade is best)
3/4 cup juice (my favorite is orange or mango)
Combine well in blender. Add some honey if you like, but it may not even need it. YUM!

Enzyme Smoothie Recipe
Full of energy boosting enzymes to start your day off with a kick!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 1/8 cup banana (about 3 pieces)
- 1/4 cup papaya, cubed
- 1/4 cup mango, cubed
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 kale leaf
- 5 strawberries (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Herba-Smoothie mix, found at Bulk Herb Store (optional)
Fruit can be frozen or fresh.
HOW TO MAKE IT...
In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. If fruit is frozen you can omit the ice and add more coconut water. Mix and match your fruits and vegetables. Try making a different smoothie every time. Enjoy!
