Our Organic Red Rooibos Spice Chai Tea fuses the mildly nutty and smooth undertones of organic Red Rooibos tea with the harmonious flavors of classic chai. Spicy cinnamon, savory cardamom and piquant ginger root combine with a kick of black peppercorn and fresh, bold clove. Complete the symphony of flavor with bay leaf, sweet fennel seed and orange peel for the perfect companion to crisp autumn evenings by a crackling fire. Serve hot drizzled with honey and a splash of fresh cream.
1. Heat 1 cup of water to 208 degrees.
2. Add 1-3 teaspoons of tea into a tea strainer.
3. Pour water over herbs and steep for 15 mins. Remove tea strainer and herbs. If desired, add a dash of cream and sweeten with honey, and enjoy!
