    HOW TO MAKE IT...

    1. Strain herbs from infused oil with cheese cloth.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED ~ For Infused Oil


    HOW TO MAKE IT...

    1. Fill glass jar 1/3 full of herbal mix and cover with coconut oil (or oil of your choice). Screw on lid and place jar on top of a dishtowel in a crock pot.
    2. Fill the crock pot with water (but not above the jar's lid) and turn on warm for three days.
    3. Check the water level everyday to make sure the water hasn't evaporated, and fill as needed. NEVER pour cold water over a hot glass jar.
    4. After three days, strain off herbs from the oil with cheese cloth (while warm), and add grapefruit seed extract or vitamin E oil.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED ~ To Make Into an Herbal Salve

    • 1 cup Herbal Infused Oil
    • 5 tablespoons Beeswax
    • 9 drops grapefruit seed extract

    HOW TO MAKE IT...

    1. In a sauepan on stovetop, melt beeswax into Infused Oil. When beeswax is melted, remove from heat and add grapefruit seed extract.
    2. Pour into a pan and let cool until set or hardened.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED ~ To Blend Herbal Lotion

    • 1/2 cup Herbal Salve
    • 1/8 cup jojoba oil
    • 1/8 cup Stockton aloe (or any other aloe vera)
    • 10 drops rose essential oil
    • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey
    • 1/2 teaspoon vitamin E oil

    How To Make It...

    1. Blend ingredients in a food processor until smooth cream forms.

    HOW TO MAKE IT...

    1. Heat the infused oil and shea/cocoa butter in a saucepan until just melted. Pour into a pan and cool until set.
    2. Place oil in blender and add rest of ingredients one at a time, scraping sides and blending well after each addition.
    3. Transfer to jar or container to store. Lasts about 3-6 months.

    Makes about 10-12 popsicles


    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    For Bottom Layer

    • popsicle molds
    • 2 cups strawberries or 4 plums, peeled and pitted
    • 1 large orange, peeled
    • A pinch of Sea Salt
    • 1/2 cup Hibiscus tea
    • 1 heaping tablespoon Raw Honey

    Middle Layer

    • 4-5 cups blueberries

    Top Layer

    • 4-5 cups plain/greek yogurt

    HOW TO MAKE IT...

    1. Blend all the “Bottom Layer” ingredients and Hibiscus Tea together in a blender.
    2. Pour this mixture into popsicle molds, however, don’t fill the molds up entirely, only 1/3 of the way. Place in freezer for 1 hr.
    3. After the bottom layer of the popsicles has frozen, fill the molds up another 1/3 of the way full with blueberries.
    4. Fill the rest of the molds up with plain or greek yogurt. (Make sure to tap the molds down a little bit, to make sure the yogurt has filled the gaps around the blueberries.)
    5. Freeze overnight for best results.
    6. To remove popsicles, run the molds under hot water, until the popsicles slide out easily. Enjoy!
