Return Policies:


We want your Return experience to be as pleasant and easy as possible. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, you may contact us concerning a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned item(s) must be received within 60 days of invoice date. Returns are not accepted after this time and will not be refunded.


Return Instructions:
Please call us at (877) 278-4257, or email before returning your items. We will issue you a return authorization number (RMA) to include in the return package. Please package your return item(s) carefully to ensure against damage. When returning an item(s), please include a copy of your invoice, including the RMA issued by our Customer Service, or a piece of paper with your RMA, order number, name and address, and phone number on it with your item(s) and mail to:

Policy Restrictions:

  • Shipping charges for returned item(s) are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is an error on the part of Bulk Herb Store.
  • Original shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping charges of any items you ordered by mistake.
  • International shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item(s) ordered will clear their country’s customs. Bulk Herb Store is not responsible for any international orders that may be discarded by customs or lost during shipping.
  • Sorry, but we do not offer exchanges or store credits.
  • Please return item(s) in original, undamaged packaging. Only unused portion of item(s) will be refunded.
  • Any book you would like to return must be in the same new condition as when you received it.
  • We do not accept returns of products that have been mixed or blended with other ingredients. If you have purchased bulk products to form your own mixes, please examine raw products before mixing. We suggest that you make a small batch first.
  • We cannot accept returns on clearance items, samples, or opened DVDs.
  • Please do not return item(s) that do not fit the above criteria, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying item(s) and cannot return these item(s) to you.


Berkey Water Systems Returns or Exchanges

All Berkey Systems are warrantied for 6 Months.

All Black Berkey Purification Elements are warrantied for 2 years.

We will be happy to help you trouble shoot your system so that you are able to enjoy all the benefits from the Berkey System. However if you are not satisfied with the System or you would like to return your Berkey System for an exchange or refund please fill out our RMA Form and mail it with the system or relevant parts to:
