All Burns cure
I just read the herbs for healing sunburn. I have the EASIEST burn relief ever... for ALL burns! Whether you have been in the sun too long or you just grabbed that fresh-from-the-oven casserole dish with your bare hands, you can heal any burn completely with in 15 minutes. When you receive a burn simply go to your faucet and turn on the water as hot as your normal skin can stand without scalding. Put your burned skin under the water and keep it there for at least 10 minutes or so. Warning: this will HURT but be assured, as long as the water is not hot enough to burn your healthy skin it is not continuing to harm your burned skin. After 10-15 minutes slowly turn the water to room temp over the next 3-5 minutes. Wah-lah! No more burn. As a result of learning of this method from my chiropractor I have been treating burns this way for myself and my family for the last 4 years and it has worked on every single burn. The most amazing account was the time my sister spilled boiling water on her stomach from moving a pressure cooker and immediately the skin under her shirt began to blister. She grabbed a bunch of washcloths and proceeded to dip them in hot (not scalding) water and putting one on her stomach, alternating it constantly with a fresh hot one the moment it cooled even a little. She did this for 15-20 minutes and it completely healed her burn. This is homeopathy... like cures like. It gave her body enough time to recognize that there was a burn issue happening (without it continuing to be burned) and to send its healing cells to the burn site to heal it. I just shared this treatment with my 69 year old father-in-law and he said that is what he was taught in boy scouts many, many years ago. For a sunburn, simply hop in the hot shower, following the same routine.

Daily sprinkling a little Cayenne powder on the toothpaste on your toothbrush can work miracles in fighting and preventing gum disease. That's right! It will also help deal with other oral ailments that plague many folks these days. After reading about this, we just had to try it. There is a warm sensation in your mouth as you brush your teeth, but it soon disappears after rinsing. As always, whenever using Cayenne powder, you should start with very small amounts to allow the body some time to build up a tolerance. The first few times we used it, we sprinkled so little of the powder on the toothpaste that we didn't feel anything. As the days progressed, we increased the amounts slightly until we felt it was warm enough. After using it for a little while, the nice feeling in your mouth is very satisfying.
